    Bumba Cabocla

I have googled it and checked youtube but could find little info for keeping them in captivity. So came to the best place to get info. Direct from others who have kept them. Hence why I came on here.

    Bumba Cabocla

Hi all, hope everyone is set for Xmas. I have a query. Has anyone had experience with a Bumba Cabocla. Mine is doing fine but I can only find little information on them. Can anyone provide tips on their temperament and what substrate they are using. Mine turned up in a mystery box that my...

    Psalmopoeus irminia (Venezuelan Suntiger)

I dont think it's anything to worry about but I have had Psalmopoeus irminia just over a month now. I thought they were heavy webbers. So I have put in some anchor points and a vertical hide. He never uses the hide, which I don't mind cause he is out most of the time but he doesn't seem to be...

    Kochiana brunnipes

Hi all, sad day in my zoo. My k. Brunnipes sling died. I am no expert but I think it just starved? I tried everything I could find. From fruit flies to chopped up meal worms. No matter what I put in, it didn't touch it. This was going to be a gift to my mum for Xmas, as my mum is as mad as...

When to upgrade the enclosure - sling

I am dealing with my first ever slings and wondering if you would say I should give my phormictopus auratus a bigger home? It is a phenomenal eater. It has eaten everything I put in there. Never has turned down food yet.

    Just got a sling

That is brilliant. Lol Not so sure its that much fun for the cricket though. Usually I find the locusts are such stubborn little sods that their legs just fall off because they won't let go of whatever they are holding onto.

    Just got a sling

Cheers. Didn't think of a cricket let. My big girls seem to prefer locusts, so I am assuming locust legs will work the same way?

    Just got a sling

Hopefully an easy answer. I won 5 slings at an event on Sunday. They are all doing well but my kochiana brunnipes has not eaten where all the others have eaten. I don't think it's anything to worry about but wondering if you have any tips to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. At the moment...

    Clay Balls?

Mine has done the houdini act. Can't see him anywhere. Lol As long as he settles in and is comftable I am happy. I saw him this morning wondering up and down the side of his enclosure but now it's like magic. Lol I am trying to not disturb him until Friday..... feeding day. Hopefully I get to...
