Looking for opinions and advice on what could be coursing the back legs to become bold. I just put it down to him getting old.

No nothings really changed for him since I brought him as a juvenile, always been a keen eater and happy as far as I’m aware it’s just as soon as he hit his last molt he has started to go down hill unfortunately. Seems weak now
 
Put it out in the wanted or for sale section of the forum that you have a mature male and the exact species and color form. Someone might express interest.

Try to keep him hydrated and well fed.
