She has some very large fangs, for her overall body size. I wonder if she could be in premolt after only three months since her last molt? She's around 2.7-3 inches in leg span. I've been feeding her 6 large crickets a week, and I believe the temps are in the mid seventies more often than not, because I have a smaller room, with a high end PC. The watercooled CPU is drawing 220 watts overclocked, and that 240mm radiator I have hooked to it really puts out some heat when I do Rendering and Game on the PC. LOL No Heater needed for winter!
Thanks, it looks like possible premolt to me. Last time she ate right up to the day before she molted. She isn't fond of the blue cup hide in the background, so I was thinking of simply taking a good sized paper tower round, cutting it to length and placing it so that she can comfortably enter and exit at both ends of the cage. She already likes digging at the corners, so I'll try creating a slope leading up to the entrance. A small elbow design or U shape could work to. This is if she starts all that restless climbing again. Blocking some of the incoming light will probably ease things up to. I remember the Deadly Tarantula girl did a video, that explained why she didn't use hides, and it was simply because she kept them in dark shelving, which sort of made the whole cage a hide.
She could very possibly be in premolt. Seems like all of them are in overdrive with the warm weather. Well fed and toasty seems to speed them up! (Like when powerfeeding the little guys)
