G. pulchripes male
I've seen these described as "gentle giants". But mine seems to be sort of a jerk. He's only half grown and has displayed a defensive stance many times. He does this from my gently cleaning out his enclosure with tongs. Does yours ever do this?
 
He's actually really good, but flicked hairs a couple of times in the beginning. It might have been because of the long drive he had and then immediately being rehoused. He hasn't done it for a long time - not since being able to get comfy in his new home.
Overall, he's been a really chill little dude.
