Saw these little spiders running all over on our hike today. About the size range of a pea, maybe blueberry. No clue what it is. But a very good looking thing
appears to be a Zelotes species. they're known for being diurnal, along with many gnaphosidae. some consider gnaphosidae, salticidae and corinnidae to be closely related as all three are known for diurnal behavior, ant-mimicry and bright colors and/or bold patterns
