Why can't you keep him?

He's just getting a drink which is perfectly normal for tarantulas. From what I can see, the enclosure is perfect, especially the elevated waterdish.

People often get that detail wrong with avics/former avics.

@Whitelightning777 yea. I like my versi setups. I've moved home for a few months and parents didn't want 48 tarantulas in the house so had to give a load of them up.
