@Phil Thank you sir! She is a shy one, when I first took her out, she took off running, like a piece of lightening! But she is a sweetheart and is quite content in her new abode
@Phil I study each species carefully and make sure all of them have their individual temperature, humidity, feeding, and housing needs met. They deserve the utmost respect and care, they are amazing creatures.
@SikmT7 I agree they are wonderful creatures. Some advice.....dont belive all you read about temps and humidity. Pretty much all of them will be fine with a temp of 75 to 78 (cooler at night to mimic real life) and as long as there is fresh open water available, humidity is not really that important, a light misting once a week is usually more than enough. In fact, if you have them too "wet" you are more likely to get mould and fungus and all sorts of other issues. Some Ts, especially slings, can effectively drown if moisture is too high. The Internet is good, but can be conflicting and not always up to date. If you are unsure I would recommend a post on here as you will gt real life experience of keeping rather than what someone has pulled together to satisfy the need for a care sheet. Precious they are, but thay have simple requirements and we are all guilty of trying the micro manage their care. ☺
@Shampain Thank you I want to say Female, the seller had said that it is a female, but I am further looking into that. I see no signs of bulbous on any of her metatarsus or pedipalps, should be able to be certain next molt.
