Doesn't look like it's starving, just keep trying to feed it every week or so, f you're really worried you could try every 3 days but I'm sure when your T is hungry it will happily accept food. I think this is the reason why people such as jon3800 feed their Ts once a month, however I think weekly is probably the most suitable.
