Molt of frustration: My H pulchripes, suspect male, molted today. I got the molt out in time and put it straight under the dissecting scope. The molt appeared m to be chewed up & I confirmed that it was indeed chewed up!! #$###:&&. (!$4;+ ***** ..... crap for the love of God!! He's been hiding in the skull.... all the time & needs to harden up. Retrieving the molt wasn't hard but I had to gradually make a hole on the web and enlarge it. Due to the angle and lack of 3 hands, pics weren't possible. &$$___}{=✓^{{} freaking impossible dang it !! At least he just retreated further into the skull and didn't escape. He did put on some decent size but I don't think he matured. In fact it's impossible. I only got him 5 months ago at about 1 inch in size. The cage does it's job of discouraging escapes...to well. In fact, I seldom even see him out anymore. I'll have to figure out how to chase him out with the lid totally closed. Maybe a small shot of cool water... Hmmmmm
