White around mouth

Walter just molted about a week ago and finally came out of his hide. He is looking very handsome except I'm very concerned about what could be around his mouth....any ideas?

fungus. the mold is caused by lack of ventilation and to much moisture. unfortunately its fatal. for any treatments I am unsure.
