When I tried to feed him, there was zero interest. He also is just sitting in one place almost catatonic, nothing strictly wrong just looks a little off. The abdomen is pretty well developed and he looks well fed forever.

Also, I got a real good flashlight on him and he held totally still. There looks like there are a few black bruises on the knees and the carapace in the back. There was just a few small drops of a clear fluid in the case of ones or two if the legs.

I'm thinking maybe atypical symptoms of premolt? Hopefully he's just slowly adapting to the enclosure

The temperature measurements are rock solid and safe.

The colder parts of the enclosure are low 70s. The warm side is about 78 to 80 degrees and that's where he's hanging out now.

One drawback of that enclosure is that there isn't enough depth for deep substrate. He does need to to flip on his back and push off the old molt when the time comes. There is a huge hide with a pre built burrow, but he's totally ignored it. The enclosure is only 8" tall and he's probably about 6" dls.

If you nudge him elsewhere in the enclosure, he goes right back to the same area so I guess he likes it there. It's warm and right over the water dish.
