Failure to receive the parcel on first delivery attempt after agreeing on best convenient day for you voids LAG.Tarantulas will be packed well with heat pack if weather requires so if delay happens it should be ok.In unlikely event of DOA buyer must contact me in 2 hours of receiving the parcel and provide pictures of the spider with pin through abdomen and I will refund price of spider.Postage charges are non refundable.If the above procedure is not followed LAG is void and no refund will be given.During the hot/cold months I reserve the right to delay postage if temperatures drop or too high. That will be communicated prior to any payment being made. I understand that we are all eager to receive our fuzzy friends as soon as possible but their safety is a priority.
