You must accept package on first delivery attempt. Temperature must be above 45F and below 90°F. Issues with shipment must be reported to me via (email, phone, whatever) within 1 hour of receipt.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund, you must (take pictures of the DOA with pin through abdomen.) Refunds will be for animal. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Etc.
Breeding Loan TOS:
50/50 or 60/40 split depending on what we agree on. If male is being shipped the breeder with the female pays for shipping of the male. The owner of the male pays for the agreed upon slings to be shipped back to them. Breeder will stay in touch with updates on the pairing. Owner of the male may request him be returned if needed.
