I guess I always put the "things" in the new enclosure before I coax the spider in - have not had any issues with OWs...and does she have lots of space and depth to make her burrow? my understanding is she is fossorial and will need to dig-dig-dig! (I love to see how they can move that substrate!)
Agree with others - leave her be and give her time...I find that spiders are really very shy...
