After rehydrating it, I was able to work with it. It wasn't ideal, as the abdomen was torn to bits and the legs were still very stiff. Did what I could. I decided to pose it on its back to make it appear more realistic. The top side was just destroyed. I kept the top of the thorax and added it beneath.
