They don't actually have the products in stock, when you buy the product from them, they put you on an honor wait list and when the item comes up, they might ship it at some point. Sorry, I hope this helps. I also saw people got better responses from emailing them. There are also many other companies that have better reviews on supplies. Just putting this out there: but with the times we face these days, you can't always trust every online company out there. Definitely try to look into the company before you commit to buying.
