I do have a small update though! So, I got curious again. It's been awhile since I saw Peter and being the first time spider dad that I am I can't help but worry even though I know full well that everything is just fine. I decided to see if I could check on him without disturbing him too much, just to make sure he was still kicking. I found an easy way to look into his burrow without bothering anything luckily. That piece of cork wood that is in there is right next to his burrow and if I left it just a little I can see Peter just relaxing in his little hole. All is well, as I'm sure everyone could have guessed. There is one big change however. Peter is a totally different color now. If anyone remembers from my other posts Peter was that typical light brown color. When I looked at him tonight he was a darkish grey. Honestly it's kinda a cool color. I'm going to assume that's normal and probably just another sign that he's in the process of molting. Anyway! Just wanted to update on my baby's status and to show that I hadn't died lol.
Hey guys! It's been a bit since I posted anything. Sorry for just disappearing. :p With Peter having gone underground there haven't been many cute things to post about of late lol.
