Again, it depends on the T size. adult female T. blondi can be anything from 8" to 11".
My formula is square the diagonal leg span (DLS) of the T and then multiple that by 4. As long as the floor area is larger than that number, the T should be fine.

Assuming 8" DLS, the floor space should be at least 256 square inches, meaning the 20 gallon (360 square inches) is fine.
Assuming 11" DLS, the floor space should be at least 484 square inches, making the 20 gallon too small.
