Here in Europe we occasionally get small "vials" with a flip lid attatched for really small slings (if I had one I'd post a picture) but the easiest way with them is to cut the bottom off and push the tissue all the way through and unwrap with the sling in it in the enclosure . Makes housing very simple but unsure what size vial your talking about</blockquote>
