Pets at home are a waste of time Imao they tried venturing into selling reptiles and accessories for reptiles etc needless to say it hasn't worked out well for them so they've reduced the range they sell - they often only have a couple of tubs of livefood available and like you have said most are dead already the staff in those stores are very uneducated in all aspects of animal care so I wouldnt expect them to be knowledgeable about it...Like [USER=3872]@octanejunkie[/USER] has said don't use them if not happy and support your local shops who actually care about what they sell
