Put the t in then set something under the jar to tilt it a bit put a little bit of water in and put the contraption in a warm place. The t should be able to be on the high dry side with no trouble. It is the best way I've heard of to hydrate a tarantula it can easily drink this way. I've done it before and successfully rehydrated a few different t's over the years. Trying to help that's all I have though. Like I said sometimes there's nothing you can do and again this is a last ditch effort. He might just want to be left alone.
