That is exactly what it is, when I looked up the species , it was exactly like it , from Texas known as the Texas black spot which makes sense lol, so the enclosure I don't think personally I'd the best, but I'm used to having reptiles mostly, and I was already helping my gf take car of this girl when she had her at her house until she just gave it to me cause she got a cute jumping spider, don't know what species tho but I have a video I can attach.
