They are rooted into the substrate and watering just around it is enough to keep the plant going and everything else dry. You could always keep the plant in a pot and bury the pot in the soil of the enclosure. I also have Aloe plant now in my A. Seemanni enclosure and seems to work out well.</p></blockquote><p></p>
