I like to name them as to me they are all pets and I can get to know each one individually regarding their behaviours/preferences/character easier if they have a name. Also, practically it makes it easier to monitor them, especially those of the same species that could otherwise easily get mixed up.I seem to have a few of the same names as Thatguy83 <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite7" alt=":p" title="Stick Out Tongue    :p" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":p" /> I did have a Nefertiti, however she was a jumping spider and sadly passed away I 'hope' of old age.I am a big fan of Harry Potter so some are named from there, some are from other television programmes/films, some my friends have named and some are Latin as I really like the sound of that language. So if I'm struggling I pick a feature of the spider and look up the Latin word for it.
