Nahandu chromatus

I got up today and found my nahandu chromatus on her back which indicates she is molting.but she molted about a week ago,she was fine last night.. should I leave her or move her .

Sorry she is fine as I took a closer look she upside down stuck to the lid she is back up right now she has done that before crazy t.
