Moving legs rapidly

Hello all, I have a 16 year old Rose Hair, recently she has started having strange movements where she will move her legs oddly/rapidly. She won’t be going anywhere per say just moving her legs. Also it seems like she is pulling/curling her legs in a bit when she is resting. The video I attached I did slightly blow some air towards her to get her to move. But she does this movement even when nothing is disturbing her. Does anyone know what could be going on with her?

That looks like a clear case of dyskinetic syndrome, DKS.

While the reason for tarantula to get DKS is pretty much unknown, some cases seem to second that tarantula might have been exposed to pesticides, flea treatement of other pets, cigarette smoke, house cleaning products, hair sprays, other toxins, or harmful microbes.

Sometimes the reason seems to be that something has happened during molting process. Your girl is elderly, so it's possible that she was just unlucky to get DKS "out of blue".

So I was reading that heat treatment might help? Do you know anything about that. I was also hearing that sometimes after a molt it clears up. She has only molted about four times since I have had her. Is there anything I can do to encourage her to molt? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help her.:(
