What do others put in their mealworms for moisture for them? Anything? I never used to bother with anything & my mealworms lasted OK, but since starting to put a chunk of potato in. I have found my mealworms look a lot more chunky & juicy.

The only downside I have found is that the porridge goes mouldy, if the potato is too moist.
