Usually as they grow the clean up is replaced by a rehousing in a bigger enclosure. Once mature and settle in it’s final enclosure, just make sure to clean up the uneaten prey as well as the food “balls” left after they ate by removing them. After that you pretty much only have to remove, clean and refill the water dish.
