Shipping: FedEx- $45 overnight, $30- 2 day. USPS (try not to use if possible) - $35 overnight, 2 day $25. Cold packs are must with any weather temps climbing over 80 degrees and are an additional $5. We will not be shipping on days are above 85 degrees. Sorry, but the animals health is very important to us.! Please also send zip of destination so the weather can be checked so the box is setup properly for the best method of packing for the safety of the animal.
TOS: LAG is honored with all overnight shipping, as long as temperatures stay under 80. 2 day shipments with temps over 80 degrees are not covered by LAG, and will not ship with temperatures over 80 degrees. If overnight delivery results in the harm, either by an injured or deceased, you must take a photograph and send it to either [email protected] or 917-434-4720 for refund or replacement. Shipping is not included in refund. If box is damaged, you must bring it to the carrier’s attention.
