What device are you using to measure these? (digital or analog thermometer, etc)What other animals are/were present in the enclosure?What is your prior experience with reptiles and amphibians?What did you feed the animal? Include feeder insects, supplements, pelleted food, etc.How long has the animal been in your care?What kind of water did you use with your animal?Did the animal behave unusually before? If so, please describe the behavior and the duration it has occurred.Failure to comply with our questionnaire and photos may result in your LAG claim being ineligible for a refund or replacementIf Josh's Frogs deems the animals failed to thrive by no fault of the customer, reward points (store credit) for the cost of the animal will be issued.</blockquote>
