If she's still alive (is she?), you could try to moisten the skin with lukewarm water and a drop of glycerine and then gently try pull the skin off, but I don't realize how far she went by herself. It works with legs, but if most of the body is still trapped, it might be too late, specially if the new skin has begun to harden.
