Hello! I am a new(or soon-to-be) tarantula hobbiest, and I have just been doing a little bit of research on beginner tarantula species. One of which is B. Hamorii. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows the average size of Hamorii slings. Also any tips on enclosures for the slings would be helpful. Thank you for your time!

Do you mean how big do they get when mature? Slings are around 1/2”.
Adults can get over 6”.
I have a immature male that is over 6”.

The second video at this link will have a few of them although the smaller are likely smithis.

How large of a sling will you be getting? I start them off in condiment cups or deli cups until the get some size to them...a few years. Dry to lightly moist substrate, moss, cork bark to hide under, something to drink out of. Keep it simple.

There's much better sources for the information you are asking than me or the movie. It was just an entertaining diversion. I wish they were so plentiful as they were back in the 60s- 70s.
Here's one series that goes to the wild locations. There's a major breeder featured and some good high res images . Go to your highest resolution setting and blow them up for details. All due respect to those here that are very experienced. There still seems to be some discrepancy in information. I'm not going to resolve it. There's several specimens handled below near the end that give some size reference.
