So I take it step by step,look at each individual and treat them accordingly. I will say this and emphasise it,people who ask questions don't ask for criticism thus if they get it they will either not ask questions or will simply fade away. I love building someone's confidence,since that opens them up to feel free to post ask questions and be proactive.
