Hello, I've only been in the hobby since black friday 2020. A friend of mine got bored with her tarantula and gave it to me through my roommate. My roommate came in and asked if I wanted a tarantula while I was browsing uber eats. I asked why I would want a tarantula (mind on eating). She put it on the stove and went to her room. A few minutes go by and I decide on ramen. "Marisa! Why is there a spider on the stove?!?" My friend was told she was a Chilean golden knee, but I'm pretty sure she was an a. Chalcodes. Feburary I got a p. Sazimai and then in March I went off the deep end and ordered 10 t's (got 11 with freebie), a gecko, and a sand boa. I recently started school and cut down on my collection. My collection is down to the sand boa, p. Regalus, p. Metalica, p. Irminia, h. Mac. (Grow faster), and 2 obts. I also have 2 dogs. I find watching the tarantulas relaxing. Well..... the ones that I can see. I explain to people that they are like fish. You don't hold or handle aquarium fish.
