I treat them like another pet since I know that their health is essential to my T's well-being. My only issue with them is that they're incredibly messy. They seem to be enjoying themselves, as much as crickets can, so I'm happy to see how my T likes them. However, what are some alternative options to crickets? I'd like to keep my T's diet diverse and give her something different to hunt every now and again. I've heard about roaches and someone mentioned mealworms to me once, but I wasn't sure what's best. What do you feed your T and how do you care for your prey? Also, where do you get the live prey? Here in my little town, we seem to only have live crickets. Everything else is in a freezer. Thanks.
