My a.versicolor sling lost a leg during a molt and grew it back after the next one. It's not very common, but not unheard of either. Just make sure there isn't anything in his enclosure that could be potentially damaging, and feeding him well and making sure there is water and the proper humidity will help a long way during future molts. </blockquote>
