For the past two months, I’ve noticed some concerning behavior: it has been covering its hide with webbing and drinking water from the dish much faster than before. Its body color has darkened, the golden hairs have faded, and it often stays very still, sometimes lying flat on the ground. For the last 2–3 days, it’s been lying on its side as if preparing to molt, but it hasn’t actually molted yet.I haven’t fed it for a long time because I was worried about disturbing it if it was close to molting.
