I got my first T in late September, and I've yet to experience a molt with him. I think I might be now and I'm not doing well! About an hour to two hours ago my male rosie started building what I called a hammock on the front of his enclosure. I recently checked in on him and he is now on his back, underneath the hammock. It looks like he's reinforcing the underside. Is this normal molting behavior? Is he molting or just trying to give me a heart attack? I don't know his age, or how many molts he's had before. He has the hooks already, but his pedipalps don't have the characteristic "boxing gloves" look to them. This T momma is freaking out.
