My G Pulchra Sling buried herself into her hide about 2 weeks or even 3 weeks ago and hasn't eaten or had a drink since. I'm pretty certain its pre-molt but I'm worried.

Not seeing a sling for 2 or 3 weeks is nothing to worry abut. It is perfectly normal behaviour. Just keep offering food.

Like whats said above, any T can burrow and hide itself for what seems like a lifetime. Grammastola in particular are very slow growers. Its not uncommon for smaller specimens to burrow themselves for months on end, larger even longer.
