Finally!

Izzy, my big 4" Grammostola rosea sealed herself away to molt 2 months ago and she finally just flipped onto her back! I'm so excited. She's my favorite T, but also my first, so maybe I'm biased. I cannot wait until she's done. I am gonna be taking photos galore.

Right?! And it's within the first year of me owning her, which I think is cool.

Apparently I have no concept of measurements (or time) because Izzy was actually 5" in length. But she molted successfully last night.

Stunning! I think G.Porteri are gorgeous, even if they are super common. Mine is a great eater, and always out and about. Plus she likes to attack the water dish when I refill it which is pretty cute. Not to mention she is responsible for getting me into tarantulas to begin with!
