I had them lose a package and the driver lied and said they delivered it the next day, well I was working from home and nobody ever came to my house, but they believed the driver and not me. I disputed through the seller and they denied the claim saying the driver marked it delivered so it was delivered. They are f-ers.I don't trust anything they claim and consider myself lucky when the package is delivered at the promised time.Ask for a refund? Ha! Has never happened for me.
