That's not going to stop the illegal pet traders, they already deal with that garbage, this directly goes after everything and anyone dealing with exotics vet, conservationists, scientists, education, medical, ethical captive breeders ect. Theyr going after the wrong ppl. They know they could get billions from this. But just imagine all the resources they also are going to be potentially wasting and what those funds and resources could be used for....</p></blockquote><p></p>
