If it is fertile then you will probably have N1 (eggs with legs) at this point, turning to N2 within the next week or so depending on temperature. However, I would expect the sac to be more round and fuller looking at this point if it was fertile. So unless it is just a small sac, the chances are it is not likely going to be fertile and you will have a cluster of dry or black eggs. Hopefully though it's just a small sac.
