So if you're experienced in aggressive T's,then this T is meant for you. This isn't a law,just a precautionary measure to deter going or inexperienced people getting it and getting bitten etc. If you feel up to it, I wouldn't say don't get it just be prepared and take responsibility for anything that happens.
