Maybe the light sensitivity is the key with mine. My husband doesn't like the living room too bright, so we only have one bulb in our ceiling lights and the Ts are in a shelf. Due to the dull weather in Scotland at the moment (and most of the year, lol) it's quite dark so it probably doesn't see the need to hide.
