Please do not put an Avic in a glass tank with no ventilation at substrate level. With you're glass tank the only option you have is top ventilation, and no matter what you think you can do, you can't create convectional current without having ventilation at substrate level. The convectional current is the natural rise in hot air and drop in cool air, so the air in a proper Avic enclosure will escape out the top by drawing in cooler fresh air from down low, you can't recreate this effect in that tank.
