I just pinch grab them and feed them with a oral syringe (no needle).  You have to grind up her prey into soup (i perfer superworms but anything works) and suck it up into the syringe. Sometimes you can get lucky and they will feed off a shallow plate. I perfer to pinch grab them because they can make a mess eating off the plate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
