While it is generally safer to use a FedEx Ship Center (FSC), in cold weather the presence of a heat pack means the box should not sit long indoors; live contents may overheat. Particularly in winter, please do not let spiders sit at a FSC more than 2 hours past the time it becomes available. LAG will be void.FedEx charges are generally lower with packages sent to FSCs and business locations. For some customers it makes sense to have packages sent to their place of work. Any heat or cool pack can be removed so the spiders can sit unpacked at room temperature.
