I have did some research, and find, they are super fast, and very aggressive, with bites that cause cramps, and other strange things to the body.so I just figure, I won't handle it at all, and when I do rehome it I will make sure the tank is high, I read this one running up stuff, I have come to the fact, I will rarely if ever handle any on my t's.

You don't have to worry about it coming after you. They do stand their ground when you try to rehome these little guys:p, lol.
And their bite is pretty gnarly, but its hard to annoy one enough to get bit.. at least in my opinion anyways..

Mine didn't act defensive at all (I'm sure the attitude will come with age, still only 1.5" right now), but rehoming was quite the experience lol. I wrote a post about it in another thread...definitely not in the same ballpark as my other two hehe.

At about 2-2.5 or so, you can honestly house your obt in the enclosure you want it in at adult size( they get around 4.5 maybe 5.5inches, not real large). That way you don't have to rehouse it again, unless you want to, of course.
They are really good eaters, and if their hungry and u drop a cricket near their web, they'll get it, so housing them bigger isn't an issue in that aspect.
They have a(I believe its) 6 quart sterilite container at walmart for like a 2 bucks here, its perfect for obts, unless your worried about it running on you, then u might be comfortable with something a little taller.
Another moult or 2 and my little obt will be housed in one of these(she's about maybe.. 1.75inches, lol).

I am definitely wanting something a little taller, and would like to re-house this one as little as necessary! He/she wasn't really defensive at all, but man it was quick. I'd essentially like something that gives me a little room to maneuver for feeding and maintenance if at all possible. So far it loves to web up the lid, so right now as soon as I even open it a crack, she's right there waiting for me...she'll even run around as I turn her container so she stays right where my hand is LOL.

You can house P.Murinus as if it were an arboreal T. They'll make ground web burrows like an H.Mac.. just give it some cork bark to web onto, at ground level, with enough room for a small water dish :)

Sweet! I was wondering about that...but wasn't sure if they would stay down lower. Thanks for the info! Definitely going to do this!

If you add some cork bark and a hide at the bottom they'll hide around it, they like coverage :)...
On a different note, my obt is damn near jet black, after moult.. lol, I finally got a look at her, for the first time in a couple weeks... was surprised :p
