Try Armadillidium vulgare, they would not survive a totally arid environment, but they are much less susceptible to dessication than most other Isopods & will survive in a semi arid environment. So keep the area around a water bowl moist for them. Armadillidium are not as good at cleaning as Porcellio, but they survive in drier environments.
